We strive to keep our shore staff well updated with current maritime legislations pertaining to crew management.

This knowledge comes in handy when dealing in mariner’s documentation.

Some of these topics are Human Resource Development Management, Environmental
Awareness, Crew management Matrix training, etc.

Travel & Visa Arrangements

Our experienced travel division is fully equipped for making visa arrangements and travel bookings for signing seafarers and their families on and off.

Our visa services include securing and expediting travel visas, tourist visas and business visas for the seafarers, shore office personnel, etc. for travelling to and from foreign countries.

Our travel divisions are well represented to handle complex visa requirements of all nations.

Medical Claim Handling

We coordinate closely with the P&I Clubs for expedient and amicable settlement of medical claims.

Our team ensures that any infirm seafarer is receiving the appropriate medical attention to ensure a speedy recovery and a prompt return to work.

In complex medical cases, where the seafarer must be repatriated and will assign
medical staff for continued treatment.

We have a comprehensive procedure for informing the family and continually
briefing relatives until the seafarer returns home. Continued counseling can also be arranged.
